ALEXANE’S CHALLENGE: LEADING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Alexane, our guide, had never before led a group of motorcyclists through a foreign country. Her journey is at the heart of our film. She had to learn to manage the needs and expectations of twelve individuals from varied backgrounds, all while adapting to the unexpected events of the motorcycle tour. This experience became an opportunity for her to grow, boost her self-confidence, and develop her leadership skills.

The journey was not without its challenges. An intense heatwave made riding conditions more difficult. One of the most memorable moments was when the group became separated during an off-road section. Alexane had to remain calm and act swiftly to bring everyone back together safely. These situations strengthened the group’s cohesion and highlighted the importance of communication and flexibility when traveling.

To capture the essence of this journey, we assembled a film crew of passionate young talents. Armed with cameras, drones, and a healthy dose of enthusiasm, they followed the group throughout the trip. The cameramen occasionally rode pillion on the motorcycles to get shots up close to the action, adding an extra dimension to the adventure.
