“Smaller, lighter, mightier still” – a bold promise for the new Hero3+ camera by GoPro. As with all their previous work, the launch video is simply remarkable: in just 3 days it has been watched more than 1.5 million times, leaving the spectators in awe!
But it’s not the shots of snowboarding in the Andes, catching waves in Indonesia, or even playing with lions in South Africa that pleased our heart the most. No, it’s the scenes of the legendary Royal Enfield riding on the streets of India and crossing the higher Himalayas in Ladakh!
And we couldn’t feel any happier, knowing that the Vintage Rides team were entrusted by GoPro to organise all the logistics for their epic ride in India – and we delivered. 🙂
It was a huge pleasure to host two crazy guys from the GoPro team, Zak Shelhamer and James Kirkham, and Alex Chacón, the guy who already created a lot of buzz with “The Modern Motorcycle Diaries” video (80,000 miles in 500 days across the Americas) and show them around India.
In this blog post, we decided not to talk much about the organisation of the ride, as there will be another video, telling about their entire experience in India in much more details, coming out very soon (we’ll keep you updated about it!).
For now, enjoy the video!
