Culinary specialities, art of living, architectural treasures... Attracting every year many tourists who go there for a weekend, a week or to start a new life, Morocco is full of interests. "Miss Moto Morocco", the first women's motorcycle club in the arable world, testifies to the singularity of the country. Vintage Rides, your guided motorcycle tours agency, will take you to discover this unusual association. Follow the guide!

An unusual story

A true adept of riding sensations and motorcycle tours, the motorbike enthusiast Dalila Mosabih has always participated in motorcycle contests around the world. In 2012, she decides that she needs to create something bigger, which would allow women who are passionate about motorcycles to get together. She then uses every imaginable action to convince Moroccan female motorcyclists to join her. Legend has it that she even stopped riders on the tracks of Morocco to promote this project. A motivation that could only be crowned with success. Driven by the desire to show the world that Moroccan women are quite capable of taking up challenges, the association has been seducing more and more bikers for 8 years. Today, the organization has more and more members who come together to share the pleasure of the road, and the discovery of new territories on their bikes. Miss Moto Maroc is now regularly talked about in the media, to the point of making it one of the successes proving the openness of Moroccan society.

An unshakeable strength

As the first women's motorcycle club in the Arab world, "Miss Moto Morocco" participates in the African revival. However, concerned to make their voices heard and make things happen, the members of the association have not stopped at the motorcycle world. The association organizes many other events for various purposes. From 26 to 29 March will be held in Marrakesh the "March Moto Madness Morocco", on the occasion of the World Women's Rights Day. The objective is to question the image of Moroccan women and their place in the modern world through the prism of motorcycling. Road safety or the respect of the Highway Code will also be topics dealt with by the officials. A superb initiative encouraged by the Moroccan feminist movement and by Vintage Rides of course.
