This is our 2nd trip with VR, and I thought long and hard before coming up with an adjective to describe it. "Disappointed" is finally the term that seems most appropriate. Not by the country, the accommodations, the pace, the discoveries, but by the quality of VR's service. We understand the notion of profitability, but it's a shame to feel more like a bank card number than a customer who wants to share an adventure. We regret the lack of human contact and the choice of our motorcycle guide. Fortunately, the group was really top-notch and the visit to Laos off the beaten track is magical!
