General Terms and Conditions

PREAMBLE

Vintage Rides (hereinafter referred to as “Vintage Rides”) is a travel agency whose activity is subject to the provisions of articles L211-1 et seq.
of the French Tourism Code. Its core business is to offer touring programs on motorcycles (particularly Royal Enfield models), or other types of
vehicles (quad bikes, snowmobiles, sidecars or other motorized and/or wheeled vehicles) (hereinafter referred to as the “Vehicle(s)”).

Vintage Rides is a SARL (limited liability company) with a share capital of 3750 euros, registered with the RCS of Paris under number 803 767
128, whose registered office is located at 128 rue de la Boétie – 75008 Paris.

Vintage Rides is registered with Atout France, an economic interest group with headquarters at 200-216 rue Raymond Losserand, CS 60043,
75680 Paris Cedex 14, under number IM075150006.

In accordance with the provisions of article L211-18 of the French Tourism Code, Vintage Rides :

1. Is financially guaranteed by APST, whose head office is located at 15 avenue Carnot – 75017 Paris;
2. Is insured by Hiscox SA, headquartered at 38 avenue de l’Opéra – 75002 Paris, under contract no. HA RCP0297249, for
Professional Liability Insurance;
3. Fulfills the conditions of professional aptitude required by this article for its practice in France.

These terms and conditions of sale of Vintage Rides are made of I/ General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, “GTCS”) and II/ Special Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Special Terms and Conditions of Sale”), I/ and II/ are hereinafter collectively referred to as, “Terms of Sale” of Vintage Rides France, as stated in this document:
