Updated on the 14/09/2020.
The safety and health of our riders is, as always, our priority.
Vintage Rides follows the recommendations of the WHO, government authorities and our professional union, Entreprises du Voyage, which relays the government’s decisions to us in real time.
In order to keep you as well informed as possible and adapt our travel offer, we are following the evolution of the health situation in each of our destinations on a daily basis.
All departures up to and including January 31st 2020, which are not in Rwanda or Sardinia, are postponed to a later date.
In accordance with the ordinance adopted by the french government, you will soon receive by email a credit note for the full amount you have paid. You will be able to use it during 18 months to book a new tour (details are provided on our FAQ: https://www.vintagerides.travel/faq-covid-19/).
If you have not yet done so, we recommend that you contact your airline company as soon as possible.
Our customer service will contact you individually by email to make proposals for new departures.
As the closest departure dates are being treated as a priority, we thank you for your understanding if you have not yet been contacted.
These departures are maintained.
However, in view of the evolution of the situation and the different possible restrictions, we will keep you informed of any changes as soon as possible.
In order to be as reactive as possible, Vintage Rides has set up a dedicated team which is doing its utmost to inform you as soon as possible. The evolution of the situation will lead us to take the right decisions on a case by case basis. We undertake to inform you of the cancellation of your trip at least one month before your departure.
Your health and that of our employees is, as always, our priority.
Please rest assured that we are fully committed to your support.
Our team can be reached on +442032898785 from Monday to Thursday between 9am and 12pm to provide you with precise information on the status of your trip and help you organise your postponement.
This page will of course be updated as soon as new information is brought to our attention.
