The website www.vintagerides.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) is published by Vintage Rides, SARL with capital of 7,500.00

8037671280001 7, whose head office is located at 98, rue Baudin, 92300 Levallois Perret, France (hereinafter, “Vintage
Rides”).

Vintage rides is a travel agency within Article l.211-1 of the tourism code, whose main business is to offer motorcycle excursions
around the world, especially on “Royal Enfield” models.

Vintage Rides is registered with the Register of Tour Operators and Holiday Packages of Atout France (Atout France registration
certificate no. IM075150006 issued on 09/01/2015). Atout France (or Tourism Development Agency of France) is an Economic
Interest Grouping (EIG) under the authority of the Minister for Tourism and whose head office is located at 79/81, rue de Clichy,
75009 Paris, Tel .: 01.42.96.70.00.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.211-18 of the Tourism Code (hereinafter, the “Tourism Code”), Vintage Rides (i)
enjoys a financial guarantee from APST 15 Avenue Carnot 75017 Paris France (ii) is insured with HISCOX Europe Underwriting
Unlimited , 2 Rue Louis le Grand 75002, Paris, France under the RCAPST/PROV contract dated 01/01/2015 pursuant to the
Professional Liability Insurance and (iii) fulfills the conditions of professional competence required by this article for its exercise
in France.

As part of its business and in order to offer a wide range of services worldwide, Vintage Rides has partnership with local incoming
tour operators in many regions of the world [hereinafter, the “Incoming Tour Operators”], particularly as part of its Planet Rides
program (hereinafter the “Program”) accessible at the following address: www.planet-ride.com

1. OBJECTIVE

These terms of use (hereinafter the “TOU”) are intended to define the rights and obligations of the users of the Website
(hereinafter, the “Users”) during viewing and use of the latter.

Users of the Website recognize that viewing and use of the Website are governed exclusively by the TOU, and that they should
comply with it.
The Website offers a booking service (hereinafter, the “Service”) for motorcycle tour programs in various regions of the world
(hereinafter, the “Tour Services”) whose options are detailed on the Website [under the tab “Options”].

2. EXPRESS ACCEPTANCE OF TOU

Any use of the Website and Service means viewing and express acceptance of the TOU by the User. By using the website
www.vintagerides.com, you acknowledge having read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use. Similarly, by using
the website www.vintagerides.com, you accept the confidentiality clauses of the website www.vintagerides.com (see “Privacy
Policy”).
The applicable TOU are those in force on the day of browsing on the Website and/or on the day of use of the booking service
on the Website.

Vintage Rides may have to change the TOU at any time, subject to informing the Users about it as they come into force by email
and/or by publishing the change on the Website.

Vintage Rides will update the TOU while indicating the date of last update at the top of these TOU. Any User who continues to
access and/or to use the Website and/or Service offered on the Website and does not refuse the changes after they have been
published on the Website or notified by e-mail, confirms to agree with the new TOU and accept them unreservedly.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE CURRENT TOU, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE AND YOU MUST STOP USING THE WEBSITE.

3. CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS – MINORS

3.1. ACCESS TO THE WEBITE AND ITS VIEWING BY MINORS (LESS THAN EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD) IS DONE UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR PARENTS OR ANY PERSON WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM IN FRONT OF THE LAW.

When browsing the Website, the Users more than eighteen (18) years old can exclusively have access and/or use the Service,
subject to acceptance of these TOU, and in case of booking , the terms and conditions of Sale of Vintage Rides France composed
of I/ general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, the “GTCS”) and II / special terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter,
“Special Conditions”), I and II are collectively referred to hereinafter as, the “Terms and Conditions of Sale”, and any specific
conditions indicated in the registration form.

USE OF THE SERVICE BY ANY MINOR PERSON (AS DEFINED ABOVE) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. WHILE USING THE SERVICE ESTABLISHED BY VINTAGE RIDES ON THE WEBSITE, YOU GUARANTEE TO BE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD OR ABOVE.

3.2. Access to the Website is free. However, whenever the User wishes to make a booking online, the latter agrees to pay to
Vintage Rides the price inclusive of tax corresponding to the selected Tour Service, or the amount corresponding to the deposit,
in accordance with the Special Terms and Conditions of Sale.

4. BOOKING ON THE WEBSITE

For booking a Tour Service on the Website, the User can request a quote online, by filling-in the corresponding form on the
Website (“Quote request” tab) and then follow the instructions given to it after having been contacted by Vintage Rides.

Without prejudice to the application of these TOU, booking of a Tour Service on the Website is exclusively governed by the
Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as any other specific conditions contained in the registration form of each Tour Service.

In order to know the conditions for booking of the Tour Services of Vintage Rides, the User must refer to the Terms and Conditions
of Sale, available at the following address: www.vintagerides.com.

5. PRICE DISPLAY

The prices displayed on the Website are mentioned in Euros and Inclusive of Tax (T.T.C.).

THESE PRICES ARE DISPLAYED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THEY MAY BE CHANGED OR MODIFIED BY VINTAGE RIDES, UNDER THE CONDITIONS ENVISAGED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.

THE PRICE APPLICABLE FOR BOOKING OF A TOUR SERVICE IS THE PRICE INCLUSIVE OF TAX INDICATED ON THE
REGISTRATION FORM SENT TO THE USER AS WELL AS ON THE BOOKING SUMMARY PAGE, BEFORE CONFIRMATION OF ONLINE PAYMENT PAGE.

The mention of the price inclusive of tax on the registration form is without prejudice to any additional fees or costs that may be
charged to the User, under the selection of options or any additional or subsequent booking that the latter would have to make,
or because of external circumstances which result in changing the price of the booking, in accordance with the Terms and
Conditions of Sale.

TO KNOW THE ONLINE PAYMENT TERMS, IT SHOULD REFER TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AT THE INTERNET ADDRESS MENTIONED IN THE PREVIOUS ARTICLE.

6. OBLIGATIONS OS USERS

In accordance with Article 2 hereof, the Users commit to accept these TOU and ensure their compliance in their entirety as part
of the scope of their use of the Website and/or Service, as well as the rights of third parties.

In case of booking, they commit to make payment of the deposit as well as the remaining balance, in accordance with the
instructions of Vintage Rides and Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Where required on the Website, the Users are obliged to enter true, valid and current personal information and/or regarding
them (full name, email address, postal address, etc.), and update them automatically to Vintage Rides when necessary, and this
in the shortest possible time.

The Users are solely responsible for the information provided by them.

Any submission of false information or breach of obligation to update the information referred to in this article is likely to engage
the liability of the User, in accordance with the laws and regulations in France.

Any lack of true, valid and current information, or updating of this information by the User, which would impact the security
conditions for participation in the selected Tour Service in reality not being fulfilled, leads to automatic cancellation of the
booking of the User, at its own expense (e.g. driving license revoked, no motorcycle license or corresponding to the rented
engine, etc.)

During its use of the Website and/or Services on the Website, and more generally as part of its relation with Vintage Rides, the
User commits not to infringe the rights of third parties. Vintage Rides cannot be held liable for any breach hereof by the User,
especially in case of infringement of rights of third parties for this reason.

Vintage Rides reserves the right to take any action enabling to remedy breach of TOU by the Users.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Vintage Rides is owner of the domain name Vintage Rides corresponding to the Website.
The Website is an intellectual work protected by French law and its Code of Intellectual Property (CPI). The Website as a whole
as well as all elements of the Website, whether visual or audio, including the technology which is underlying it, are protected (as
appropriate) by copyrights, trademarks or patents or even by sui generis database right of producers (no total or partial extraction
is allowed).

All of the abovementioned elements are exclusive property of Vintage Rides, which is the sole owner of intellectual property
rights related thereto.

The right of use of the Website, granted to the User hereby, would in no way be regarded as conferring any ownership right on
the Website or on any of its components.

Outside strict use of the Website for purposes of browsing on the Website or use of the Service on the Website, the User is not
allowed to use the Website in whole or in part, for some other purpose whatsoever.

Any use of any component or part of the Website, trademarks or logos belonging to Vintage Rides, or any exploitation of its
intellectual property rights, which would not be expressly allowed herein, is strictly prohibited to the User.

THE USER IS NOT ALLOWED TO MODIFY, COPY, DISTRIBUTE, FRAME, DUPLICATE, REPUBLISH, DOWNLOAD, POST, PUT ONLINE, TRANSMIT OR CREATE WORKS DERIVED FROM THE ELEMENTS CONTAINED ON THE WEBSITE OR DISSEMINATE OR DISCLOSE THEM TO THIRD PARTIES (ESPECIALLY ON OR THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE) OR EVEN TO USE THEM BY ANY OTHER MEANS, UNLESS EXPRESS, WRITTEN AND PRIOR CONSET OF VINTAGE RIDES.

ANY HYPERLINK REFERRING TO THE WEBSITE AND USING THE “FRAMING” OR “IN-LINE LINKING” TECHNIQUE OR OTHER TECHNIQUE OF REFERRING TO THE WEBSITE IS OFFICIALLY PROHIBITED ON PRINCIPLE.

The User who would wish to put any link referring to a page of the Website on a third-party website (belonging to it or not), must
request express, written and prior permission for it to Vintage Rides.

Any link referring to the Website set up by a User, even with the permission of Vintage Rides, must be removed on simple request
by the latter as soon as possible.

Vintage Rides has no control over the content and links published on third party websites and disclaims any liability – including
editorial – regarding the use or the content of any website on which a link would appear referring to the Website or which would
refer to the Website in any way.

8. REMOVAL OF INAPPROPRIATE OR ILLEGAL CONTENT

Vintage Rides commit to remove any content clearly illegal which would be validly notified to it in accordance with the following
provisions of Article 6.I 5) of the Law as of June 21, 2004 known as LCEN:
“5. Knowledge of the illegal facts is assumed by [the persons referred to in 2] when the following elements are notified
to it[them]:
– notice date;
– if the notifier is an individual: his full name, profession, address, nationality, date and place of birth; if the petitioner is
a corporation: its form, name, head office and the body that legally represents it;
– names and address of the recipient or, if it is a corporation, its name and head office;
– description of the contentious facts and their precise location;
– the reasons for which the content must be removed, including the mention of the legal provisions and justification of
facts;
– copy of the correspondence sent to the author or publisher of the contentious information or activities requesting their
interruption, removal or modification, or proof that the author or publisher could not be contacted”.
Furthermore, Vintage Rides reserves the right to remove any content as a prevention that may be considered illegal or
inappropriate on the Website.

9. PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of Data Protection Act, Vintage Rides commits to respect the personal data of the Users, as
part of the quote request, booking and participation in the Tour Services, or even during any exchange with them as part of its
business.

Personal data of a User is information which enables to identify it directly or indirectly, within Article 2 of the Data Protection Act.
Users are asked to provide this type of information (full name, email or postal address …) voluntarily during a quote request and
if necessary during a booking with Vintage Rides.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY VINTAGE RIDES MAY BE USED BY THE LATTER, ITS EMPLOYEES OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING TOUR SERVICES TO THE USERS AS PART OF ITS ACTIVITY, AND PARTICULARLY FOR PROCESSING OF BOOKINGS MADE WITH VINTAGE RIDES OR TO ACCEDE ANY REQUEST OR QUESTION REGARDING THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES OFFERED AS PART OF THE TOUR SERVICE.

THE USERS ARE INFORMED THAT VINTAGE RIDES IS LIKELY TO SEND THEIR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD-PARTIES, SUBJECT TO EXPRESS AND PRIOR CONSENT OF THE CONCERNED USER OR ANY COMPETENT PUBLIC AUTHORITY WHEN THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS IMPOSE IT UPON IT.

Personal data of the Users will be kept strictly confidential by Vintage Rides and can be re-used only for the purposes for which
they were collected and for the purposes to which the persons concerned have expressly consented, in compliance with the
provisions of the aforementioned Data Protection Act.

For any other use of personal data of the Users, for purposes other than those mentioned above, Vintage Rides commits to get
prior consent of the concerned Users in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLES 38 AND FOLLOWING OF THE DATA PROTECTION ACT, ALL USERS HAVE A RIGHT OF OBJECTION, ACCESS, RECTIFICATION OR DELETION OF ITS PERSONAL DATA, THAT THEY ARE FREE TO EXERCISE BY CONTACTING VINTAGE RIDES AT THE CONTACT ADDRESS MENTIONED HEREIN.

10. COOKIES

Cookies are data that a Website transfer on the hard disk of the user for archiving purposes (cookies).
The website www.vintagerides.com uses “cookies” in order (i) to improve the feature of the website (for example: setting up of
a user session) and (ii) to compile the data flow. These cookies can be initiated by Vintage Rides or by a third party. Vintage
Rides can use the information from “cookies” in order to analyze the data flow and to ensure maintenance on the website. You

11. NEWSLETTERS

The newsletter is an information letter sent to the user, it has the latest information of Vintage Rides. It can also contain
information on the activities of Vintage Rides.

The Vintage Rides newsletter service is completely free. Any decision taken by Vintage Rides which would tend to have an
effect on said free newsletters could result in direct and prior information of the user subscribed to this service so that the latter
ventures its consent to for subscription to a paid newsletter service.

The subscription procedure consists to fill in the mandatory fields of an identification sheet, whose one of the fields related to
the newsletter, will be checked, to confirm the subscription.

Confirmation of the subscription form as a whole leads to full acceptance by the user of the terms of use of the Newsletter.
Newsletters are automatically sent to the subscribed users.

The sending is monthly and is carried through the email address provided by the subscriber user.

The content of the newsletters is provided by Vintage Rides. Vintage Rides would not be held liable for direct or indirect
consequences related to the use of newsletters by the subscribed users. Newsletters are indeed distributed for information
purposes only and would not be used for advisory purposes.

Each user subscribed to the newsletter of Vintage Rides has an unsubscribe option

The subscribed user can thus unsubscribe at any time, either by clicking on unsubscribe link appearing in the newsletter that it
received by e-mail, or by sending an email to contact@vintagerides.com mentioning that it wishes to unsubscribe.

12. LIABILITY AND GUARANTEE

Vintage Rides makes its best efforts to:
(i) Ensure proper functioning of the Website and Service; and
(ii) Protect personal data of the Users that it had collected, against any damage, loss, alteration, destruction, misappropriation, intrusion in data systems or any use of the latter by unauthorized third-parties.

HOWEVER, VINTAGE RIDES CANNOT GUARANTEE CONTROL OF ANY RISK INHERENT IN INTERNET MEDIA AND LIABILITY OF THE LATTER WOULD NOT BE UPHELD UNDER ANY INCIDENT OR DAMAGE INHERENT IN THE USE OF INTERNET NETWORK, INCLUDING ANY SERVICE INTERRUPTION, EXTERNAL INTRUSION OR PRESENCE OF COMPUTER VIRUS, OR EVEN BECAUSE OF OCCURRENCE OF ANY EVENT OF FORCE MAJEURE WITHIN HEREOF.

SIMILARLY, LIABILITY OF VINTAGE RIDES WOULD NOT BE ENGAGED BECAUSE OF USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICE BY THE USERS, PARTICULARLY BECAUSE OF SIMPLE PUBLICATION OF ANY ILLEGAL CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR IN CASE OF INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES BECAUSE OF THE USERS.

The contractual liability of Vintage Rides for the services provided as a result of a booking by a User is exclusively governed by
the Terms and Conditions of Sale and specific conditions in the registration form, if any, to which the User must therefore refer
to.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company will not be liable for total or partial breach of its obligations if this breach is caused by an event constituting force
majeure.

Any event meeting the criteria for assessing the force majeure is considered as an event of force majeure fixed by the French
law of the Court of Cassation in force.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

These TOU as well as any dispute relating thereto or relating to the use of the Website and/or Service, including any transaction
made on the Website, to which Vintage Rides is part, are subject to French law.

These TOU are subject to the regulations applicable in France in terms of consumption, tourism, or even in terms of contracts
concluded remotely and on Internet, and particularly to the provisions of the Consumer Code, Tourism Code, Civil Code, LCEN
or even the Code of Intellectual Property and Data Protection Act.

Any dispute related to these, use of the Website and/or Service, as mentioned above, and failing amicable agreement between
the parties, falls in principle within the jurisdiction of the court of User’s domicile as long as the latter is a consumer.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.141-5 of the Consumer Code in France:
“The consumer can refer at its choice, in addition to one of the territorially competent courts pursuant to the Code of
Civil Procedure, the court of the place where it lived at the time of conclusion of the contract or occurrence of harmful
event”.
